Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.44.

Total revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $377.7 million, up from $356.8 million a year earlier. Two analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $229.4 million.

The company maintained its quarterly dividend at $0.24 per share, payable June 30 to holders of record on June 13. The company also declared a supplemental cash dividend of $0.40 per share of Class A common stock.

Shares of the company were up nearly 6% in recent after-hours activity.
