05:27 AM EDT, 09/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- StepStone Group ( STEP ) said late Monday it priced an offering of 4.1 million shares of its class A common stock at $50 per share.

Net proceeds will be used entirely for share repurchases from certain holders and to pay cash upon the exchange of class B and class C units, the company said, adding that the offering will result in no dilution to existing shareholders.

Closing of the offering is expected to occur on Wednesday, subject to customary conditions.
