05:29 AM EDT, 05/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Stevanato Group (STVN) said Thursday it has inaugurated a new 65,000-square meter drug containment and delivery facility near Rome.

The facility, which employs 200 people, produces the company's EZ-fill pre-sterilized syringes for the pharmaceutical industry.

The company said it plans to build its next facility near Indianapolis.
