05:55 PM EST, 12/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Stewart Information Services ( STC ) said late Wednesday it launched an underwritten public offering of 1.9 million common shares, all sold by the company.

Underwriters are granted a 30-day option to buy an additional 285,000 shares.

The company said the final size and terms of the offering remain subject to market conditions.

Shares of Stewart Information Services ( STC ) were down nearly 3% in after-hours trading.
