09:17 AM EST, 01/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Stifel Financial ( SF ) said Monday it has agreed to buy investment bank Bryan Garnier.

Financial terms of the deal weren't provided.

Bryan Garnier, which is focused on European tech and healthcare companies, has its headquarters in Paris and offices in London, Amsterdam, Munich, Oslo, Stockholm and New York, Stifel said.
