Stifel Financial to Buy Finance 500, CB Resource

09:17 AM EDT, 03/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Stifel Financial ( SF ) said Thursday it has agreed to buy Finance 500 and CB Resource, which operate as partners under common ownership and underwrite and issue certificates of deposits.

Terms of the deal weren't provided.

The acquisition is expected to provide Stifel with a scalable technology-driven platform, according to the company.
