Stifel Financial's Total Client Assets Rise in August

04:54 PM EDT, 09/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Stifel Financial ( SF ) reported late Thursday that total client assets for August rose to $532.74 billion, up from $522.30 billion in the month prior.

Fee-based client assets in August were $213.64 billion, up from $209.08 billion in July.

August treasury deposits were $7.65 billion, up from $7.25 billion in July.

SEBI banned Gaurav Dedhia, who was employed as a chief dealer with IDBI Capital Markets and Securities Ltd, and his sister Kajal Ilesh Savla. The regulator has restrained the two persons "from buying, selling or dealing in securities, either directly or indirectly, in any manner whatsoever until further orders".

The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) has issued a set of amendments to advertising and claims on food products, called the Food Safety and Standards (Advertising and Claims) Second Amendment Regulations of 2022. The new regulations mandate companies to make clearer disclosures on food packets, holding them responsible for advertisements and claims on labels.
