StoneBridge Acquisition II Closes $57.5 Million IPO

05:04 PM EDT, 10/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- StoneBridge Acquisition II ( APACU ) said late Wednesday that it has closed its initial public offering of 5.75 million shares at $10 apiece, including 750,000 units from the over-allotment option.

The units started trading on Nasdaq on Sept. 30.
