08:36 AM EDT, 07/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- StoneCo ( STNE ) said Tuesday that approximately $294.6 million has been redeemed under a cash tender offer launched last week to buy all of its outstanding 3.950% senior notes due 2028.

The amount represents approximately 58.9% of the $500 million principal amount outstanding.

The tender offer will expire on July 30 unless extended or terminated earlier by the company.
