10:02 AM EDT, 08/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- StoneX Group ( SNEX ) said Tuesday it has completed its acquisition of The Benchmark Company, an investment banking services firm.

Financial details weren't disclosed.

The deal, first announced on March 11, brings Benchmark's investment banking, equity research, and institutional sales and trading services under StoneX's ( SNEX ) Institutional division, the company said.

StoneX ( SNEX ) said it will continue to use the Benchmark brand for the time being to provide consistency for clients and counterparties.
