08:06 AM EST, 11/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- StoneX Group ( SNEX ) said Wednesday that its StoneX Financial subsidiary has been given General Clearing Member status by European Commodity Clearing.

The status will support StoneX's ( SNEX ) goal to expand its capabilities and provide improved and expanded services to its clients, including those that are not clearing members, the company said.

New products include power and gas futures and spot contracts, EEX carbon auctions, spot and futures products, and broader market coverage. The status also strengthens customer service capabilities, the company said.
