11:30 AM EDT, 05/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- StoneX Group ( SNEX ) said Monday that its subsidiary, StoneX Financial Europe GmbH, has entered into a deal to acquire Plantureux et Associes, a Paris-based brokerage firm.

The move gives StoneX ( SNEX ) a strategic entry into the French agricultural commodities market, the largest grain-producing region in Europe, the company added.

The transaction is still subject to regulatory approval and standard closing conditions. This deal follows other strategic investments by StoneX ( SNEX ) in Europe, including the recent acquisition of Octo Finances, the company said.
