09:04 AM EDT, 03/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- StoneX Group ( SNEX ) said Tuesday it has signed a deal to acquire The Benchmark Company, an investment banking services firm.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

The acquisition will enhance its services in equity capital and debt capital markets, equity research, and investment banking, StoneX ( SNEX ) said.

Shares of StoneX ( SNEX ) were up 2.9% in recent premarket activity.
