05:13 PM EDT, 06/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- StoneX Group ( SNEX ) said late Monday that its unit, StoneX Escrow Issuer, priced a $625 million private offering of 6.875% senior secured notes due 2032.

The offering, made to eligible institutional investors, is expected to close on July 8, subject to customary conditions.

The gross proceeds will be held in escrow until StoneX ( SNEX ) completes its planned acquisition of R.J. O'Brien. Upon closing of the deal, StoneX ( SNEX ) will assume the obligations under the notes and use the proceeds, along with cash on hand, to fund the acquisition and related costs.
