There is no doubt that this pandemic has brought about a significant change in consumer behaviour with online players becoming the biggest gainers.

Storyboard's Ankita Saxena caught up with Ravi Desai, director-marketing at Amazon India, and got all the questions answered about how the festive season is panning out, what are consumers buying and which categories are doing well online.
