05:50 PM EDT, 04/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Stratasys ( SSYS ) said late Thursday that it closed a $120 million investment by Fortissimo Capital, raising the stake of the Israeli private equity fund in the company to about 15.5%.

Fortissimo acquired almost 11.7 million shares at $10.30 apiece, giving it a 14% stake in the company, Stratasys ( SSYS ) said.

Yuval Cohen, managing partner of Fortissimo, has been appointed to the Stratasys ( SSYS ) board, the firm said.
