Stratasys Forms Strategic Partnership With Tritone Technologies

05:16 AM EST, 11/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Stratasys ( SSYS ) said Monday that it is investing in and forming a strategic partnership with industrial metal 3D printing company, Tritone Technologies.

The collaboration is expected to bring industrial scale, production-grade metal and ceramic technology to Stratasys' ( SSYS ) offering, the company said.

Stratasys ( SSYS ) further said that its participation in the most recent investment round provides it with an initial minority ownership stake in Tritone as well as an option to increase its equity stake in the future.

Moreover, the companies have structured a phased commercial agreement with a focus on supporting Tritone's reseller network and leveraging sales and marketing synergies.
