04:27 PM EST, 01/31/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Strathcona Resources ( STHRF ) after trade Friday said Waterous Energy Fund Co-investment (Canada and International), two of the limited partnerships comprising the Fund, completed a share pass-through transaction, selling about 24 million common shares, or 11.2% of Strathcona's total shares, to their limited partners.

As a result, Waterous Energy Fund's ownership of Strathcona decreased from 90.8% to 79.6%, increasing the public float to over 20%, the company said.
