Stratus Properties Sells Retail Property in Texas

05:08 PM EDT, 05/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Stratus Properties ( STRS ) said Tuesday it has sold its West Killeen Market retail property in Killeen, Texas, for $13.3 million.

The sale resulted in about $7.8 million in pre-tax net cash after covering transaction costs and a $5.2 million loan, the company said.

Stratus bought the 21-acre site in 2015, selling 11 acres to H-E-B for a 90,000-square-foot store, it added.
