07:09 AM EDT, 07/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Strawberry Fields REIT ( STRW ) said Wednesday it acquired nine skilled nursing facilities in Missouri for $59 million, using cash and $2 million in partnership units.

Eight properties were added to its master lease with the Tide Group, increasing annual rent by $5.5 million and extending the lease term by 10 years, the company said.

The remaining facility was leased to a Reliant Care affiliate under an extended 15-year master lease, raising annual rent by $0.6 million, Strawberry Fields said.

The company also said both leases include rent escalations of 3% annually and renewal options.
