07:24 AM EST, 01/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Strawberry Fields REIT ( STRW ) said Monday it completed Jan. 2 the acquisition of six healthcare facilities in Kansas, consisting of 354 licensed beds, for $24 million.

The facilities are leased under a master lease agreement to a group of third-party tenants, with initial annual rents of $2.4 million on a triple net basis.

The company said it also completed the acquisition of a 100-bed skilled nursing facility in Oklahoma for $5 million on Dec. 31. Under the lease, the tenants' initial annual rents are $500,000 on a triple net basis.
