Strive Reports Closing of Preferred Stock IPO

12:55 PM EST, 11/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Strive (ASST) said Monday it has closed the initial public offering of 2 million shares of Strive's Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock at $80 per share.

The offering was designed to create a Bitcoin amplification toggle that will allow the firm to build on its current Bitcoin holdings via non-dilutive financing, the company said. It may also use a portion of the proceeds for general corporate purposes.

The preferred stock has started trading on Nasdaq Nov. 10, under the "SATA" ticker symbol, the firm said.
