04:48 PM EDT, 10/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Stronghold Digital Mining ( SDIG ) said Friday Chief Financial Officer Matthew Smith will resign, effective Nov. 15, after the company files its Q3 report on form 10-Q.

Smith will also leave the board at that time, the company said.

The company will retain Smith as a consultant for a period of time, Stronghold said.
