COLUMBIA, Md., Sept. 11, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Structural Technologies, LLC (Structural Technologies), a Structural Group company, today announced the acquisition of the Composite Strengthening Systems (CSS) product line from Simpson Strong-Tie (Simpson). This marks the conclusion of the Alliance formed between the two companies in 2021 and enhances Structural Technologies' Strengthening Solutions position as a leading provider of structural upgrade solutions for concrete, masonry and timber structures.

As the distributor of Simpson's CSS systems in North America for the past four (4) years, Structural Technologies has achieved consistent growth. This has been driven by supporting owners, engineers, and contractors with value-added structural strengthening solutions for civil infrastructure across commercial, public, and industrial markets.
