03:45 AM EDT, 06/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Structure Therapeutics ( GPCR ) said late Wednesday it has priced an upsized underwritten public offering of about 9.1 million American depositary shares at $52.50 per ADS.

Gross proceeds from the offering are expected to total about $476 million.

Structure Therapeutics ( GPCR ) granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to about 1.4 million additional ADSs, with each ADS representing three ordinary shares.

The offering is expected to close on Friday.
