Three analysts polled by FactSet expected $3.07.
Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $6.02 billion, up from $5.42 billion a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $5.94 billion.
The company now expects full-year 2025 adjusted EPS of $13.40 to $13.60 from $13.20 to $13.45 earlier. Three analysts expect $13.36.
The company also guided for 2025 net sales growth of 9.5% to 10% from 8.5% to 9.5% earlier. Analysts expect $24.81 billion.
Shares were down 4% during after-hours trading.
