04:21 AM EST, 11/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- StubHub ( STUB ) is not issuing its financial outlook for the current quarter, Chief Executive Eric Baker said late Thursday on the company's Q3 earnings conference call, sending its shares down sharply in after-hours activity.

"While we won't be providing detailed 2026 guidance on today's call, we look forward to sharing our outlook during our next earnings call in early 2026," Baker told analysts, according to a FactSet transcript.

Despite withholding guidance, Baker said "the demand for live events is phenomenal. We don't see anything with consumer demand that's any different."
