SU Group Receives Nasdaq Noncompliance Notice

04:06 PM EDT, 08/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- SU Group ( SUGP ) said late Friday it received a Nasdaq notice for noncompliance with the listing rule of maintaining a minimum of 500,000 publicly held shares.

The notice does not immediately impact listing or trading of the stock, according to a statement.

The company said it has until Oct. 13 to regain compliance.
