05:56 AM EDT, 03/11/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Suma Acquisition (SUMA) said late Tuesday it priced its initial public offering of 15 million units at $10 each.
IPO underwriters have a 45-day overallotment option to purchase up to 2.25 million additional units, the blank-check company said.
Each unit consists of one class A share and one right to receive one-fifth of a share upon completion of the company's initial business combination.
Suma Acquisition expects its units to start trading on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol SUMAU Wednesday, while its shares and rights are expected to be traded under the symbols SUMA and SUMAR, respectively.
The IPO is set to close Thursday.
