Summit Materials Finalizes Merger With Quikrete

12:57 PM EST, 02/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Summit Materials ( SUM ) said Monday that the previously announced agreement to be acquired by Quikrete for $52.50 per share in cash was finalized.

With the closing of the deal that was valued at about $11.5 billion, including debt, Summit Materials ( SUM ) said it has become a privately-held unit of Quikrete.

The company said its common stock has stopped trading on the New York Stock Exchange and will no longer be listed on public markets.

Price: 52.53, Change: +0.08, Percent Change: +0.15
