Summit Materials Shareholders Approve Acquisition by Quikrete

12:21 PM EST, 02/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Summit Materials ( SUM ) said Wednesday its shareholders have approved Quikrete Holdings' proposed acquisition of the company.

The acquisition is expected to close in Q1 of 2025, the company said. Summit will become a privately held subsidiary of Quikrete after deal completion.
