Summit Midstream Partners' Subsidiaries Launch Cash Tender Offer For 2026 Notes

05:37 PM EDT, 03/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Summit Midstream Partners ( SMLP ) said late Wednesday that two subsidiaries are starting a cash tender offer to purchase up to about $19.3 million of their 8.5% senior secured second lien notes due 2026 at 100% of the principal amount.

The tender offer from Summit Midstream Holdings and Summit Midstream Finance will expire on April 24.
