08:21 AM EDT, 09/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Sun Life (SLF.TO, SLF) on Wednesday said Jacques Goulet has been named executive chair of Sun Life Canada while Jessica Tan succeeds him as president of Sun Life Canada. The two will assume their new positions on September 30.

Goulet, who joined Sun Life in 2018, will also continue as the chair of the board for Dialogue, Sun Life Canada's virtual care business.

Tan was most recently co-chief executive of Ping An, one of Asia's largest insurers, where she was also previously the group chief operating officer and chief information officer.
