Sun Valley bought 17.6 millions share at $0.975 each. The newly acquired shares boost Sun Valley's stake in Mineros ( MNSAF ) to 31%

Shares of Mineros ( MNSAF ) fell 5% on Thursday on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
