SunCoke Energy Completes $325 Million Phoenix Global Acquisition

07:48 AM EDT, 08/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- SunCoke Energy ( SXC ) said Monday it closed its acquisition of Phoenix Global for $325 million.

The company used cash on-hand and revolving credit facility borrowing to buy the entire common units of Flame Aggregator, which operates as Phoenix Global, along with its units.
