SunCoke Extends Contract to Supply Metallurgical Coke to Cleveland-Cliffs

05:08 PM EST, 11/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- SunCoke Energy ( SXC ) agreed to a three-year extension to supply 500,000 tons of metallurgical coke annually from its Haverhill plant in Franklin Furnace, Ohio, to Cleveland-Cliffs ( CLF ) .

The contract starts Jan. 1 under terms similar to prior agreements, SunCoke said Tuesday in a statement.
