04:48 PM EDT, 05/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Sunnova Energy International ( NOVA ) said late Friday it received a notice from the New York Stock Exchange for noncompliance with listing requirements.

The company failed to file its quarterly Form 10-Q report on time for the March-ended quarter, according to a statement.

Sunnova Energy ( NOVA ) has until November 19 to file the report and regain compliance, the company said.
