Sunoco Launches $750 Million Private Offering of Senior Notes

08:14 AM EDT, 03/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Sunoco LP ( SUN ) said Thursday that it has launched a $750 million private offering of senior notes due 2033.

The oil and gas distribution company said it will use the net proceeds to repay indebtedness, including redeeming in full NuStar Logistics' 5.750% senior notes due 2025, and to repay some of the outstanding borrowings under its revolving credit facility.
