Sunoco Prices $1 Billion Private Offering of Notes

04:52 PM EDT, 03/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Sunoco ( SUN ) said Thursday it has priced at 100% a $1 billion private offering of 6.25% senior notes due 2033.

The offering was increased from an initial size of $750 million, the company said. It expects to settle the notes March 31.

Net proceeds from the offering will be used to repay debt, it said.
