09:08 AM EDT, 10/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Sunoco ( SUN ) and Parkland Corporation said Tuesday the Government of Canada has approved Sunoco's ( SUN ) proposed acquisition of Parkland under the 'Investment Canada Act.'

The companies said the deal is expected to close in Q4, pending remaining regulatory approvals and the satisfaction or waiver of customary closing conditions.

Sunoco ( SUN ) shares were up 0.1% in recent Tuesday premarket activity.
