08:45 AM EDT, 10/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- SunOpta ( STKL ) said Wednesday that it will expand its oatmilk distribution in January through a partnership with an unidentified coffee chain.

SunOpta ( STKL ) said the partnership will expand the distribution of the company's Dream Oatmilk Barista to an additional 6,700 stores in North America.

SunOpta ( STKL ) said this expansion will increase the utilization of its manufacturing facility in Midlothian, Texas.

Shares of SunOpta ( STKL ) were up 2.3% in recent Wednesday premarket activity.
