05:09 PM EST, 11/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- SunPower (SPWR) said late Monday it has received a deficiency notification letter from Nasdaq stating that the company was not in compliance with a listing rule for failing to timely file its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended Sept. 28.

The company said it has 60 days after the notice to file a plan to regain compliance with the rule.

SunPower said it expects to file the Q3 Form 10-Q during this week.
