05:57 PM EDT, 05/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- SunPower (SPWR) said late Monday the Nasdaq Stock Market notified the company Friday of its noncompliance with the exchange's continued listing requirements as it didn't timely file its form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31.

The company said it was given until Monday by the Nasdaq to submit a plan to regain compliance with the listing rule.

It is unclear if SunPower submitted a plan, but it said it is working "diligently" to finalize its form 10-Q and the 2023 form 10-K, and plans to file both forms "as soon as practicable" to regain compliance.
