04:56 PM EDT, 03/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- SunPower (SPWR) said Thursday it received a noncompliance notice from Nasdaq due to delay in filing Form 10-K with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

SunPower said it plans to file the Form 10-K "as soon as practicable," or a plan to file the report. Nasdaq may grant the company until Sept. 11 to regain compliance the company files a plan within 60 calendar days.
