Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $234.1 million, up from $217.2 million a year earlier.

The company lowered its full-year 2025 guidance for adjusted funds from operations to $0.82 to $0.94 per diluted share from $0.86 to $0.98 previously. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $0.68.
