Total revenues for the quarter ended Sept. 30 were $229.3 million, compared with $226.4 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $224.1 million.

For full year 2025, the company continues to expect adjusted FFO of $0.80 to $0.87 per diluted share. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $0.69.
