Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.24.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $259.8 million, up from $247.5 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $252.5 million.

For 2025, the company said it now expects AFFO to be in a range of $0.80 to $0.87 per diluted share, down from its prior outlook of $0.81 to $0.93. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $0.74.

Sunstone Hotel Investors ( SHO ) shares were up 2.6% in recent premarket activity Wednesday.
