04:44 PM EDT, 04/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Sunstone Hotel Investors ( SHO ) said late Wednesday it has agreed with an affiliate of Hyatt Hotels to buy the fee-simple interest in the Hyatt Regency San Antonio Riverwalk for $230 million.

Hyatt will keep managing the 630-room hotel under the Hyatt Regency brand and will contribute about $8 million of key money as part of the deal, Sunstone said.

The deal is expected to close in late April.
