08:11 AM EDT, 03/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Super Micro Computer ( SMCI ) filed a registration statement Tuesday for the sale of 2 million shares of its common stock.

The company granted the underwriter a 30-day option to buy up to an additional 300,000 common shares, according to the filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

Super Micro said it has yet to determine how it will allocate the net proceeds from the offering.

The company's shares were down nearly 11% in recent premarket activity.
