04:18 PM EST, 11/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Super Micro Computer ( SMCI ) reported fiscal Q1 adjusted net income late Tuesday of $0.35 per diluted share, down from $0.73 a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $0.37.
Net sales for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $5.02 billion, down from $5.94 billion a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $5.83 billion.
The company said it expects fiscal Q2 adjusted EPS of $0.46 to $0.54. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $0.61. Fiscal Q2 net sales are expected to be between $10 billion to $11 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $7.94 billion.
For fiscal 2026, Super Micro now expects net sales of at least $36 billion, up from its previous guidance of at least $33 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $32.25 billion
The shares were down 7% in extended trading.
